Join us on Thursday, July 3rd, 2025 at Brewery Saint X for the second annual Lin Noir (Black Linen) Dinner, a one-of-a-kind culinary experience hosted in collaboration with Draught Season and NOLA’s own Brewery Saint X. This elevated BBQ dinner brings together the talents of Brewery Saint X head chef Shannon Bingham and Master Chef Reagan Sidney, a proud New Orleans resident and MasterChef semi-finalist, for an evening that celebrates Southern flavor, craft beer, and creative collaboration.
Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner paired with Brewery Saint X beers, including a full welcome pour to kick off the night. Each course will be inspired by and infused with two brand-new collaboration beers: “Hop Girl Summer” Pilsner and “Brown Sugar Babe” Brown Ale, created especially for this event by Draught Season, Brewery Saint X, and Urban South. Both beers will be served on draft during the dinner and available for retail purchase as well.
