Menol HNC, born in 1990 on the idyllic island of Saint Martin to Dominican parents, brings a rich tapestry of cultural influences to his music. Raised amidst the vibrant blend of cultures on the island, including those of Jamaica, Guadeloupe, and Africa, Menol HNC’s artistic muse is deeply rooted in his multicultural upbringing. His musical journey began in his teenage years as a musician in the church, where he honed his skills in singing and playing various instruments.
Inspired by a diverse array of artists and groups such as Tego Calderón, Vico C, Capleton, Busy Signal, and Earth Wind & Fire, Menol HNC’s music reflects a fusion of hip-hop, reggae, and Caribbean rhythms. Over the years, he has collaborated with renowned figures in the industry, including Toxic Crow, the Dominican artist, writer, and entrepreneur, with whom he recorded the song “Guerra Eterna.”
