Acheoff’s “Listen to Me”: Colombian Identity, Street Survival, and the Hunger to Be Heard

13

What happens when the streets teach you not to trust anybody, but you still believe the world needs to hear your name?

There’s a particular kind of ambition that doesn’t arrive dressed for the occasion. It comes with its guard up, its memories intact, and a refusal to let the past have the final word. Acheoff’s “Listen to Me” enters that territory with a message rooted in survival, faith, and the stubborn belief that where you come from should never determine how far you can go.

Released October 13, 2026, through H ON Records, the track introduces a personal statement from an independent artist who isn’t just putting his voice out there. Acheoff also directed and edited the official music video himself. That hands-on approach matters. For an artist building his own identity, controlling the music is one thing; taking responsibility for how that music looks, moves, and meets the world is another.
