Boston’s lyrical titan, M-Dot, is back with another lyrical gem, “Sonya.” Known for his exceptional storytelling skills and sharp lyricism, M-Dot’s music has always carried a unique essence. In this latest release, he collaborates with members of his EMS crew – Benefit, Kore, and Revalation. Together, they paint a vivid narrative about a deceptive female willing to go to any lengths to get ahead.
“Sonya” is a storytelling masterpiece produced by Mekkanic from Cologne, Germany. This track features a deceptive female character at its center, with M-Dot, Benefit, Kore, and Revalation each providing a distinct perspective on the tale. Revalation delivers a compelling hook that unfolds the puzzling plot of Sonya’s deceit. The single can be found on “Fat Hippy Records Anniversary Compilation Vol.1,” available now on Bandcamp. All proceeds from this compilation will be donated to The National Endowment For The Arts, supporting arts education in schools.
