AC Scott (nee Alison Craig) is a resident of Aberdeen where she began her musical career when the world wanted her to be silent. She was a well-known broadcaster and Sony Award winning radio presenter but sadly a serious degenerative lung condition (LAM) saw her removed from the airwaves in 2012. She was told that she may only have 10 years to live, so she invested her time in writing bestselling novels, until she found her passion for songwriting in 2023. She is an eclectic mix of alt-folk and rock and blue-eyed soul, and her first album Out Of The Blue came out in early 2026. She cruises around the Atlantic, instead of flying to Los Angeles to work with producers, to maneuver around her body and its restrictions.
