Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, James Holloway is a multifaceted artist whose creative roots run deep into the classical and performing arts. He began his formal training at the historic Freedom Theater in Philly before moving on to earn a B.F.A. from the Conservatory of Acting at SUNY Purchase College, followed by a Master’s degree in Classical Acting from the world-renowned London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Alongside his achievements on prominent theatrical stages and in television commercials, Holloway has built an extensive career as a political organizer and advocate. He served as a Regional Organizing Director for Black Leadership Pennsylvania and has raised over one million dollars for crucial advocacy groups including the NAACP and the ACLU. Blending hip-hop, trap, and pop rap, Holloway delivers a vibrant, commanding musical style fueled by sharp personal depth and heavy cultural awareness.
