What’s your stage name and where are you from?
I am Face The Rapper, i was born and raised in Colorado, starting in Aurora, but i have lived all over the place here in Colorado.
What’s the story behind your stage name?
when i started getting face tattoos, people around my town called me face, it was easier to remember then my name and me and my brothers looked so similar, the face tattoos helped people recognize me.
Describe your musical journey in three sentences.
my musical journey has been very rewarding and difficult with constant ups and downs. when i began my journey i would have never guessed that it would have taken me this far ,but through quality music and skill i have paved a way for my self. Tere are some things i would do different if i could restart, but i would never change who i portray my self as in my music.

Share an interesting experience you had while creating your latest track.
because of the speed at which i rap, i had a fan tell me that whenever i release a new song, they listen to it over and over again to get the full picture of what i am trying to say in my songs. i was told especially with this one that every time they hear it they understand a little more about what’s going on in my head.
What message do you want to convey through your music?
The message i would like to spread is that we all have struggles and nobody is alone. It is okay to feel hurt and let down by society, family, and the world, its all about how we respond to the hard stuff that, ultimately defines who we are as artists and a person.
Behind the Music
Tell us about a challenge you faced during production and how you overcame it.
my biggest challenge is my self, i consistently feel like I’m not doing good enough in my music and that i could put more effort into it. i overcame that challenge when i looked at my streams and realized i passed 100,000 streams on Spotify.
If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be and why?
It would most likely be merkules, i feel like we have similar styles and flow, and i think me and him struggle with a lot of the same things, and if we did a collaboration it would be able to open a lot of minds up to the realization that there is a way out from most hardships in life.
Future Aspirations
Where do you see your music taking you in the next year?
physically i see my music taking me back to the east coast to the places i love. mentally i see my music giving me another sense of freedom and more of a platform to tell all of my life stories, whether they are good or bad.
What’s the next big step for you as an artist?
my next big step is getting the attention of major artists i look up to, and being able to collaborate in one way or another with them.
