Jim Purbrick acts as the sole creative executive for The Handles Turn because he records all vocals as well as plays instruments and writes songs while engineering the songs he produces. Placing his start in electronic music during the 1990s led him to gain notoriety through Formation Records releases in the 2000s and he continues developing his musical talent until today. The 2019 start of his climate activism brought about the creation of Alien Alarms which combines electronic music with awareness messages.
