What’s the story behind your stage name?
When I bought my first microphone I was sipping a lot of tea and herbs and I sip them to this day. Herb – Herbiarz
Describe your musical journey in three sentences.
Artist with love to the Hip-Hop and sound. I was always affected and fasctinated by the fact that music is mood altering drug. Hard work, perfectionism and dedication to the craft
Share an interesting experience you had while creating your latest track.
I wrote first verse and chorus of Herbiarz – Łykaj Moją Pięść (Swallowy My Fist) when I was thinking that it will be for Hip-Hop TV Competition. I was really hungry to show where I come from and what I represent. It inspired album name: Herbiarz – Głód Sukcesu (Hunger For Sucess)
What message do you want to convey through your music?
I just speak truth. I write what I feel like and what I experience throught my life. I want to show people that it does not matter where you come from. If you put dedication and hard work you can be whoever you want.
Tell us about a challenge you faced during production and how you overcame it.
I had no challenge with producing nor recording a track. I did beat, studio session, mix and mastering myself. I’m owner of Introdukcja Records Label and studio. I produced hundreds of tracks and making music is bread and butter to me.
If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be and why?
I’m thinking about Hopsin-Eminem-50 Cent. Eminem or Fifty would give me the most clout. I would love to hear how Eminem spit bars and flows on my beat. Probably I would go for that!
Where do you see your music taking you in the next year?
In the next year I will see much greater cashflow from my music catalogue. I see even bigger money from producing and recording for other artists. I will release probably less tracks with more impact and higher quality which will result in big stages, I vizualise it!
What’s the next big step for you as an artist?
Definitely getting high payable gigs. My career and budget needs that and I deserve it. I rap live in finest world quality and I have really high energy level and stamina. I will expand my fanbase, because skill is there definitely.
