What’s the story behind your stage name?
It’s my name lol
Describe your musical journey in three sentences.
I started rapping when I was 19. Since then I’ve been grinding independently. I just released my first album titled Much Ado.

Share an interesting experience you had while creating your latest track.
I made this record while I was going through a tough time. My mom passed away a couple years ago and my dad has been sick more recently. This record came from a time that I was learning to live with all the changes. A transition period in my life.
What message do you want to convey through your music?
That hip hop can be well thought out and meaningful without being preachy or sacrificing making great music. I want to make timeless records, both sonically and in message.
Behind the Music
Tell us about a challenge you faced during production and how you overcame it.
This was my first album, so it took more focus than anything else. I had to figure out what I want to say and part of that is asking myself who I really am. I don’t think I always knew that.
If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be and why?
Kendrick Lamar. He’s the goat and a huge inspiration.
Future Aspirations
Where do you see your music taking you in the next year?
To a full time rapper lifestyle. I’ve been getting closer and closer. Feel like I just needed a full record to show and prove.
What’s the next big step for you as an artist?
Keep rocking this album and bringing it to life in new ways. I’ve got a bunch of visuals and shows planned. I’m gonna be everywhere this summer.
