What’s your name and where are you from?
My last name is Rockwood which is how I ended up going with Rockwood Productions. I am from Abington, Massachusetts currently residing in Stoughton, MA.
What’s the story behind your stage name?
My stage name comes from my real name. I’m all about authenticity! No gimmicks.
Describe your musical journey in three sentences.
Difficult is the best word to describe it. Rewarding is what it transpires into. Curious to know what the future holds and will become in this musical journey.

Share an interesting experience you had while creating your latest track.
I have had sessions with 5-6 artists at once which is super inspiring when around professionals. Working with multiple artists and developing unique, original sound and production is what separates us from the average music makers in MA.
What message do you want to convey through your music?
Longevity, creativity, craftmanship and authenticity and originality.
Behind the Music
Tell us about a challenge you faced during production and how you overcame it.
Having to move and step back from creating music for a month or so was very hard to deal with. It starts to dig at your passion and can either create a bigger flame inside or it can blow it out.
If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be and why?
J Cole or Prodigy from Mobb Deep (RIP). Both are very talented and created legacies that inspired me from their lyrics and lifestyle.
Future Aspirations
Where do you see your music taking you in the next year?
Hopefully, into the movie and film industry and the upper tier of the music industry.
What’s the next big step for you as an artist?
Working with more high talented creatives whether they be artists or producers.
