What’s the story behind your stage name?
Axiom means self evident truth. I want my music to be a reflection of the truth I see in the world.
Describe your musical journey in three sentences.
I have always been inspired by poetic lyricism and hard hitting boom bap style music, this has influenced my style and continues to direct my journey.
I started performing around 2011, and started touring around 2016, getting to share my music with people around the country has been my favorite part of music.
Having just produced my own album for the first time I am excited to keep touring and producing sounds for myself and other musicians and share it with the world.
Share an interesting experience you had while creating your latest track.
With my last album, I produced, recorded, mixed and mastered the whole project. I learned a massive amount of new tricks and ways to blend audio. One of the biggest lessons I took away was that I need to continue to humble myself to those that are better than me and ask for feedback and learn from them.
What message do you want to convey through your music?
Hope, perseverance, passion.
Tell us about a challenge you faced during production and how you overcame it.
Again when it comes to taking on a new skill like production I needed to ask for help a lot. One track in particular just wouldn’t mix the way I wanted it to, and I asked for help from another producer and he showed me a new way to mix that allows space for all the instruments I was using that didn’t over power each other.

Evidence. Because he’s the GOAT

More shows, more tours, more music, more fun.
