What’s your stage name and where are you from?

My name is Bobby Wolf and I’m from Tampa Fl.

What’s the story behind your stage name?

My name came from being A lone wolf and always being by myself but always showing up everywhere and constantly being outside. Everybody calls me Wolf for short or sixkilla from the back in the day street stuff.

Describe your musical journey in three sentences.

Long Damn time

Share an interesting experience you had while creating your latest track.

There wasn’t nothing to crazy. It was just fun having my producer Sponatola send over beats and being excited to record over them right away.

What message do you want to convey through your music?

I want people to feel that they can be street and grounded at the same time.

Tell us about a challenge you faced during production and how you overcame it.

One of the hardest things I had to deal with was regular coordination with my label and others who had a hand in creating the project since everyone has a tight schedule. They believed in the music and the journey so we made it work in the end.

If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be and why?

I would love to work with the likes of Jay Z or Kanye even though that will never happen but I work a lot with my bro Big Noyd from The Infamous Mobb click so I already feel blessed in the collaboration space.

Where do you see your music taking you in the next year?

Hopefully to more listeners that appreciate the style of music I do and my lyricism .

What’s the next big step for you as an artist?

I started a label with my childhood friend Shlomo Sahadeo called Bodega First and our hope is that we are able to push other underground artist closer to fulfilling their musical journey.
