What’s your stage name and where are you from?
My stage name is Jordan Snow, and I’m from Queensland, Australia.

What’s the story behind your stage name?
I didn’t want to use my real name to keep business and personal life separate. I came up with Jordan Snow from some of my role models in life, such as Michael Jordan and Jordan Carter (Playboi Carti). The “Snow” part originated because I was born in winter.

Describe your musical journey in three sentences.
My musical journey is just beginning, and while it hasn’t gained much traction yet, I’ve loved every moment of the experience. I believe that with consistent hard work, the world will embrace what I have to offer. Growing up in Australia, where rap and R&B talent is still emerging, makes my journey unique and different from the usual path in these genres.

Share an interesting experience you had while creating your latest track.
Today, I worked on a couple of songs, but the most interesting experience came with the last one. It was a lyrical and conscious track, which was different from my usual style. It challenged me to think deeply and craft meaningful lyrics while ensuring they were delivered with impact.

What message do you want to convey through your music?
I want my music to convey messages similar to those of R&B and rap artists like Drake, Kanye, The Weeknd, and Travis Scott, which are versatile and emotional. While I occasionally create meaningful tracks that address real-life issues, my main focus is on making chill, relatable music. Whether you’re vibing in the club or in your feelings late at night, I want my songs to provide the perfect soundtrack for anyone’s life.

Tell us about a challenge you faced during production and how you overcame it.
As a producer and mixer/master, I often face challenges like dealing with a muddy mix or struggling to get the right delivery on certain lines. These moments can feel frustrating and sometimes leave me uninspired, leading to necessary breaks. To overcome this, I’ve learned to step back, reset, and approach the project with fresh ears, which often brings clarity and new ideas to solve the problem.

If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be and why?
If I could collaborate with any artist, it would be Drake, my biggest inspiration and favorite artist. Despite the hate he receives, especially from the Kendrick beef, I deeply love his music and his journey. From starting as an actor and releasing his first mixtape in 2006 to becoming the most-streamed rap artist today, his story motivates me to pursue my own path in music.

Where do you see your music taking you in the next year?
This coming year, I think my music will greatly improve in production, lyrics, flows, and overall quality as I’m building better connections and constantly working to grow a fanbase and a quality catalog.

What’s the next big step for you as an artist?
I want to drop a mixtape soon when I get enough fans so that people will actually listen. I am passionate about crafting an original sound and project that is consistent and raw, so people can see my whole skill set.

Are there any other promotional opportunities you’re looking for to boost your visibility?
Just whatever I can do to grow my fanbase and supporters, I will 100% do. I want people to hear my music because I think I have the potential to create something really special.

Where can we hear/watch your most recent work?
